Beach Wrap-Up, Girl Scout Day Camp, and Other Useless Information

WOW! I can't believe that I have been home since Sunday. We left around noon on Sunday to head this way. After stopping at a shop or two, we finally hit TRAFFIC! lol What better way to spend your day....right?

As soon as I got home, I had to start working on stuff to finish up for Girl Scout Day Camp. That started Monday morning. I have been there all day every day this week. It is hot, but I think it's worth it! The girls are loving it! Chasity is there as a Daisy. She is loving it!

Today, they had the pumper truck from the Fire Department come out. They sprayed water on the girls. YES.... the parents were forewarned about this! Today was "Water Day" so all afternoon, the girls were outside playing in water and water games.

I am looking forward to getting some rest next week. I totally need a vacation from my vacation. BUT..... I had day camp so there went the rest. Now, I'm just trying to make it past tomorrow so that I can sleep a little on Saturday.

I am probably going to go computer shopping, but that is DEFINATELY a different post. I have to write about the guy (Donnie) calling me stupid (but in more words) and tell me to "just figure something else out". lol I can NOT wait until I have his job for the crap he pulled! Anyways..... that's another day.....

Right now, I'm about to fall asleep in my desk chair, but I have to stay awake because I have TWO 5 year olds in my house. Chasity has a friend staying over.


Ok.... that's enough for now.... I just wanted to close out the vacation and get through day camp. I have plenty more to tell about day camp. I can't wait!

Emotional Easter

WARNING: This post is going to be REALLY long. Don't say you weren't warned! This is the post I have tried to convince myself not to write so that no one's feelings get hurt. Saving Money

Tony and I have always WANTED to save money. However, when we got married, we didn't start right away. Then two years later, Chasity was born. Then it was almost IMPOSSIBLE! Now, we've been married for 9 years, and we have VERY LITTLE actually saved. It seems like every time we get a little saved, something has to be fixed.... usually the car! lol It does need work now, but we're waiting.... but I don't think we can wait long. We know that when I actually get a teaching job, we'll be able to save about 1/3 (maybe more) of my paycheck every month....since we've been living for almost 4 years on just Tony's check anyways. However, I have decided that I want to start saving now! So.... here's my plan. It's really really hard....just kidding! The only thing I need to know is this.....Does Wal-Mart still match prices? I Keep Losing Days

Last Friday, Tony and I checked the Princess out of school early. We had the car loaded up, and we headed to Pigeon Forge. The Relentless Youth Group from Remedy Church left earlier that morning for Shabbach Youth Conference 2017. We didn't want her to miss an entire day of school, so we checked her out after 1/2 day. That means that Tony was off work on Friday. We drove up on Friday. We dropped the Princess off with the group just in time for church services on Friday night. We hung out with the group at the Alpine Coaster , where Tony's cart got stuck on the track in the pouring rain! (That's a completely different story!)   We also went to ride go karts and play at the arcade! Sunday, after the morning services, we collected the Princess from the group.
