I Might Be Going Out Of Business....

I have been a Mary Kay consultant since October 2005. I have not really done anything with my business in a LONG time. I am thinking about going out-of-business. However, every time I think about doing this, I get orders from people. :( So I have to place an order to get their stuff for them........ I have thought about putting my stuff on eBay (or having a friend do it). That way I can stay "active", but not have the classes and stuff... I really don't have time right now. I know that I could probably sneak in one a month or maybe two. BUT...with Chasity in dance, Girl Scouts, and sports (depending on the season)... it's really hard. Plus, with me working with the Girl Scouts, PTO, taking classes, being active at my church, I really don't have spare nights to do anything. I try to look my best and meet people when I am out and about, but more often than not, I just don't...I just don't. I don't know what to do. All I know is I have a couple...

Playing Catch-up!

So I haven't written anything in a while. It's really ok though. I don't think I'll die if I don't write anything....but.....I didn't want to take the chance too long! Anyways...things are good here. Tony was off work yesterday and so was my mom. So they went to eat lunch with Chasity at school. It was pretty cool to see her face light up like that. Of course, I have been at her school every day this week...except Wednesday...for new Kindergartner tours. It's that time again....people are registering Kindergartners for next year. Mainly, I sat in the Media Center with the Kindergarten teachers and did my homework! It was pretty cool! lol After lunch yesterday, we checked Chasity out early and headed home. Actually we headed to Larry King Chevrolet to get my car. It had been in the shop since Thursday.... it was time to have some work done to her. She's been a great car... she's 7 years old and close to 200,000 miles. It's really about...

Fried Brain...

Last night I took my Adolescent Lit mid-term. SO...I'm going to have to be more prepared for the final! This teacher kills me. First we only discuss the books in class. Then she gives us handouts and says "Just read over these". Then...on the test, she expects us to list specific things from the handouts. This is craziness! I guess I'll have to plan to memorize all the details of the books and all the details of the handouts for the final. I just never thought I'd have to list specifics from handouts that were "just for your information". Well....so much for that idea! I'm done with it. It's over! I'm sure I'll get at least a B...then I have to bring that up to an A because I want to graduate from the MAT program with a 4.0! Anyways...have to get ready to go see Ang! She wants her cookies! Until next time........

Getting it Together

This semester, I just can't seem to get my crap together. First, I got sick the beginning of February. That put me a week behind on everything. Then last week my computers at home killed over! That only put me 2 days behind, but still... So today, I turned in an assignment that was due Monday night. I hope the teacher takes it. For a NON-English class, this professor definitely expects a lot of papers. In two weeks, on March 16, my mini-mester American Literature class will start. Tonight is the mid-term to my Adolescent lit class. AND... to top it all off, according to my friend who works at UNCC, the class I need for next semester isn't even offered at a time that I can take it! Just because of this one class, I might be in Grad School for another 10 years! No...not really, but it sure is aggrivating!! Tomorrow, I am meeting with my Mary Kay director. I know she's wanting to know when I'm going to start working my business again. If I knew that, I would h...
