To Do This Week

This week is going to get things rolling for me....

It's going to get the school year started for me....

It's going to start getting crazy!!

Let's see...what do I have to do this week?

Monday:
11am--meet with friend to give them Chasity for the night
Visit Papaw at hospital (oh yeah! more on that soon!)
Go to Chasity's NEW school to turn in one paper
Turn in one form for Student Teaching
6pm--Class for UNCC

Tuesday:
9am--meet my Cooperating Teacher (CT) for my Student Teaching
Get Chasity back from friend
Visit Papaw at hospital
Take flower to Grandmother's grave (for bday)

Wednesday:
CHASITY'S BIRTHDAY!!!!
Begin Student Teaching (ST) with 1st teacher workday

Thursday:
Teacher workday #2
Open House at ST location

Friday:
Teacher workday #3
MOVE!!! (Or start unpacking to stay here!)

If you think this schedule looks interesting, just wait.... next week will be even MORE fun when Chasity starts school! :)

Good luck with your student teaching ...hope it's a good situation and you are able to get through it this time. Also hope the 'move' happens. I'm in mourning...can't believe summer is gone!

Emotional Easter

WARNING: This post is going to be REALLY long. Don't say you weren't warned! This is the post I have tried to convince myself not to write so that no one's feelings get hurt. However, my feelings got hurt, and so I have a right to write about it! :) Right? I'm not trying to hurt anyone with this, I'm just trying to sort things out in my brain. Saving Money

Tony and I have always WANTED to save money. However, when we got married, we didn't start right away. Then two years later, Chasity was born. Then it was almost IMPOSSIBLE! Now, we've been married for 9 years, and we have VERY LITTLE actually saved. It seems like every time we get a little saved, something has to be fixed.... usually the car! lol It does need work now, but we're waiting.... but I don't think we can wait long. We know that when I actually get a teaching job, we'll be able to save about 1/3 (maybe more) of my paycheck every month....since we've been living for almost 4 years on just Tony's check anyways. However, I have decided that I want to start saving now! So.... here's my plan. It's really really hard....just kidding! The only thing I need to know is this.....Does Wal-Mart still match prices? My Goodie Box!

Recently, I participated in a swap over at Dandelion Wishes by Mamarazzi! My partner was Lisa from Like a Valentine ! This was awesome. I was so excited the whole time putting stuff together for my partner. Then I was like a kid at Christmas when I got my package from Lisa. There are some simple rules to the swap.... check out the next one that she does! Anyways... one of the rules is that you take pics and make a post about the goodies that you received. So.... I know these pics and some of the info are repeats from what I did in my 100th post, but I needed a separate post..... just for the swap! These are my goodies as they came out of the box.....weren't they wrapped cutely? I loved the paper Lisa used to wrap it. These are my goodies AFTER I unwrapped them!
